Situated in the heart of the Peak District, the Peak District Holiday Barn is impressively large recently converted to an extremely high standard, retaining many of the buildings original features.
The barn is fully insulated, double glazed with gas fired central heating throughout.
6 Bedrooms (including king sized 4 poster bed). All bedding included.
Large multi-fuel log burner (fire), ample off road parking. Lawned garden with a barbeque area and fire pit and outdoor pizza oven.
Free Broadband and WiFi access.
KITCHEN DINING AREA
Situated on the first floor, the kitchen has been carefully restored and still retains many of the barns original features.
LOUNGE
Continuing the open exposed theme, the lounge, separated from the dining area by glazed double doors, is furnished to an extremely high standard.
BEDROOMS
There a 6 bedrooms situated over two floors including on the first floor, bedroom 1 which includes a king sized four poster bed.
BATHROOMS & UTILITIES
There are 3 bathrooms situated over 2 floors, On the first floor, adjacent to the first floor bedrooms is bathroom No. 1
2010 Prices
Due to the all year round appeal of the Peak District, we at the Barn do not believe in seasonal pricing or that families should be penalised when planning an event – birthday; anniversary; re-union or a pre-wedding get together – during “so-called” peak periods, school holidays, half terms or bank holidays.
We have simplified the process to offer one price all year round (*), with no additional charges for heating or linen (we do ask that visitors to be thoughtful with lighting and heating and ask that you to remember to bring a towel, each)
(*)This does exclude Christmas and New Years Eve.
The cost of the most popular booking – a two night stay (usually Friday and Saturday) arriving at 4pm Friday and leaving midday on Sunday – is £1,680 (including VAT). This is equivalent to £35.00 per person per night.
Additional nights or midweek bookings are priced according to group size and equivalent to £35 per person per night.

A bond of £200 is required with all bookings and is payable with the final invoice (due 6 weeks prior to the date of booking) and returnable 48 hours after departure.
Please note that the barn is designed and insured to cater for a maximum of 24 people. Any group exceeding these numbers will result in the forfeiture of the bond.
Please do not bring any additional music equipment without our prior consent and we would ask you be considerate regarding late night noise levels with respect to the neighbouring farm and local residents.
